Due to the expansion of the difficulty scale in CHUNITHM NEW, most level 12 and above charts are re-rated according to the following table:

Changes outside of the scope of this table, i.e. charts that would have been re-rated even without this expansion, will be marked in bold.
No charts that are level 12+ or above in the old scale kept the same level; old 12 → new 12 charts are listed in the table and marked in italics for reference.
