  • Along with System “Z”'s MASTER chart, Garakuta Doll Play's MASTER chart was the first maimai chart rated Level 12 in-game.
    • As such, Garakuta Doll Play is considered the maimai series' first "boss" song.
  • Garakuta Doll Play was crossed over to TAITO's GROOVE COASTER EX, KONAMI's jubeat saucer fulfill, and Bandai Namco's 太鼓の達人 キミドリVer. on October 29th, 2014, as part of the Tenkaichi otogesai Zenkoku issei nintei taikai (天下一音ゲ祭 全国一斉認定大会) inter-game event.

2013年10月、「System “Z”」と共に『maimai GreeN』の最高難易度曲（＝ボス曲）として追加収録された楽曲。こちらも最高額となる100,000maimileを支払うことでプレイが可能になります。難易度も、EXPERT、MASTER共に高設定。作曲を手がけているのは、作曲家、編曲家、DJとして活躍するt+pazolite（トパゾライト）さん。t+pazoliteさんは同人音楽サークル「C.H.S」（Cutie & Headshaking Sounds）を主宰して東方アレンジジャンルで人気を博し、様々なイベントに楽曲を提供したり、サークル参加をするなど幅広いフィールドで活動しています。
