2013年10月、「System “Z”」と共に『maimai GreeN』の最高難易度曲（＝ボス曲）として追加収録された楽曲。こちらも最高額となる100,000maimileを支払うことでプレイが可能になります。難易度も、EXPERT、MASTER共に高設定。作曲を手がけているのは、作曲家、編曲家、DJとして活躍するt+pazolite（トパゾライト）さん。t+pazoliteさんは同人音楽サークル「C.H.S」（Cutie & Headshaking Sounds）を主宰して東方アレンジジャンルで人気を博し、様々なイベントに楽曲を提供したり、サークル参加をするなど幅広いフィールドで活動しています。

「Garakuta Doll Play」はノイジーなシンセサイザーサウンドを畳みかけてくるハードコアなテクノナンバーです。静かなラテン風のリズムを刻むイントロから始まり、女性ボイスによるラップとコーラスが絡み合い、すぐさま強烈なビートが始まります。ノイジーでありながら、メロディアスなメロディーが刻まれていくのも楽曲としての面白さ。トリッキーなサウンドをアクセントに独特の世界を創りだす、ミステリアスなPVも見どころです。
