  • Release date: January 23th, 2020

General Information / Changes

  • "Partner" and "Stamp Card" feature added.
    • When you first play でらっくす PLUS, you choose one from the six stamp cards of each character in FiNALE; it cannot be changed until it's filled with ten stamps.
    • For each day maimai is played, one stamp is awarded, regardless of the amount of credits entered.
    • When a card is filled with ten stamps, the corresponding partner can be obtained.
    • A partner can be chosen at the collection settings screen or on maimaiDX-NET, like other types of collections.
    • The chosen partner replaces でらっくま (Delu-kuma) on the result screen.
      • Some system voices would also change from でらっくま's voice to the chosen partner's voice.
  • オトモダチ対戦 and 段位 system revamped.
    • "Bosses" appear in オトモダチ対戦 when the player's grade is about to increase. These are supposedly score records of chart designers (fumen boys).
    • The player's grade increases if the boss is beaten, but won't decrease if the player fails to beat them.
    • Players with grades of 二段 or higher in maimai でらっくす would be reset to 初段.
    • オトモダチ対戦 can't be played on the first credit of maimai でらっくす PLUS.
  • 極・将・神・舞舞・覇者 name plates are added back.
  • Genre sorting has changed once again, and has been consistent since in the franchise:
    • VARIETY has been renamed back to GAME & VARIETY.
      • SEGA songs have moved back to the GAME & VARIETY folder.
    • maimai originals are now in their own maimai folder.
    • CHUNITHM and オンゲキ songs are now in their own shared folder as well.
  • "Lock" feature added when choosing Tour Members. Locked Tour Members will not be changed when the おまかせ button is pressed.
  • New options added:
    • "Achievement rate (- type 2)": decreasing from 101%.
    • "DX Score (- type)": decreasing from max DX Score.
    • "Type 1-E" and "type 2-E" of "Judgment display": adds FAST/LATE display for BREAK notes.
    • "SYNC display" changed to "SYNC/VS display".
    • "Achievement rate difference display" in "SYNC/VS display": shows the difference from other players in multiplayer, or the opponent in オトモダチ対戦.
    • In "Judgment line design", added "Sensor" that shows the ranges of each piece of touch sensor on the screen.
    • Added sound effects of the partners in BREAK/SLIDE sounds.
  • Restored some of the background movies removed in maimai でらっくす.
  • Added DX STAR (✦) on the result screen, corresponding to the percentages of DX Score:
    • ✦: 85%~
    • ✦✦: 90%~
    • ✦✦✦: 93%~
    • ✦✦✦✦: 95%~
    • ✦✦✦✦✦: 97%~
