  • Mitsuyoshi has been dubbed "the best singer among all salarymen" by musician Hironobu Kageyama.
  • Mitsuyoshi likes playing tennis, and once had the ball hit his eye, which caused retinal detachment. This is why he wears glasses.
  • Mitsuyoshi has deep friendship with Jun Tamegai, the instructor of Karatedo Houkukai. Mitsuyoshi would sometimes go to the dojo and participate in the training.
