• A dance instumental remix of コネクト by NIHILISTICA, titled コネクト -ゲームインスト-, can be found on third soundtrack bundled with the sixth volume of the limited edition Blu-ray/DVD/CD combo of the TV series and was later included on the Puella Magi Madoka Magica Music Collection (魔法少女まどか☆マギカ MUSIC COLLECTION) album.

• コネクト is used as the opening theme of the Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica (魔法少女まどか☆マギカ, also known as Puella Magi Madoka Magica) anime series.
  • It was later used as an insert song for the Gekijouban Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica (Kouhen): Eien no Monogatari (劇場版 魔法少女まどか☆マギカ[後編] 永遠の物語, Puella Magi Madoka Magica the Movie: Eternal) film of the anime movie adaptation trilogy.
• Coincidentally, one of the anime's main characters, Kyoko Sakura (佐倉 杏子), is seen playing the dance instrumental version of コネクト, (コネクト -ゲームインスト-), on a Dog Drug Reinforcement arcade game, a DanceDanceRevolution-like machine, in the sixth episode of the anime.
• コネクト was later included on ClariS's first album, BIRTHDAY, and was also included in the Puella Magi Madoka Magica Music Collection (魔法少女まどか☆マギカ MUSIC COLLECTION) album.
• コネクト was added to maimai at launch.
• In Asian English versions of maimai, コネクト's title and artist are romanised as connect and ClariS “PUELLA MAGI MADOKA MAGICA”, respectively.
