- 神室雪月花 has several versions, each arranged slightly differently.
- Yakuza 2 features the song sung by Sou Youki, who later wrote the lyrics for 犬日和。. The lyrics of this version differs a little from the rest. The Yakuza 2 OST has this version.
- The karaoke minigame in Yakuza 3 and 4 uses a version with slightly different instruments.
- The karaoke minigame in Yakuza 5, as well as the Yakuza 3 OST and 龍うた 龍が如く KARAOKE BEST SELECTION albums, use the same version as maimai uses.
Trivia
- 神室雪月花 first appeared in Yakuza 2 in the sub-story (mission) "The Enka Life" (演歌横丁). It is also a song in the karaoke minigame in Yakuza 3, 4 and 5.
- After completing the sub-story in Yakuza 2, 神室雪月花 can be heard in the restaurant Sushi Gin (寿司吟). It can also be heard in the restaurant in Yakuza Kiwami 1, when in-universe the events of the sub-story hasn't happened yet, breaking the continuity.
- In the English localization of Yakuza 2, 神室雪月花's title is changed to "The Moonlit Snows of Kamurocho".
- In the English localization of Yakuza 3 and 4, 神室雪月花's title is changed to "Kamurocho Lullaby". In Yakuza 5, it's changed back to "Kamuro Setsugekka".
- In the English localization of Yakuza 5, the lyricist is shown as Ryosuke Horii. However, in Yakuza 3 and 4, as well as the Japanese version of Yakuza 5, the lyricist is shown as Hidenori Shoji.
- In maimai, 神室雪月花's EXPERT chart is the first EXPERT chart with less than 150 notes.
- In Asian English versions of maimai, 神室雪月花's title and artist are changed to KAMURO-SETSUGEKKA and Kazuma Kiryu “Yakuza”, respectively.
- 神室雪月花 was added to maimai GreeN at launch, and needed to be unlocked with 30000 maimile. 70000 maimile need to be obtained before 神室雪月花 can be unlocked, however.
