- 系ぎて was used as the final round song for the KING of Performai 5th event for maimai.
- The Re:MASTER chart of the song was completely hidden when the song was chosen at the event, and was revealed after an introduction animation, which revealed the Re:MASTER chart, its chart designer and difficulty level.
- 系ぎて was added to maimai でらっくす BUDDiES on February 29th, 2024 as a gift to the Top 8 of the KING of Performai 5th event for maimai. It's also a "conduction song" (伝導楽曲) that can be "conducted" to other players by playing it with them in multiplayer mode.
- The "conductor" can be any player, regardless of whether they are a KING of Performai finalist. The song is conducted to all players that played the song with the "conductor", whether on the same cabinet or through Cabinet-to-cabinet play.
- The song was added to the Asian version on the same day, but was instead unlocked for all players by default.

maimaiチームから決勝楽曲の打診をいただいたとき、去年の川口さんの「ViRTUS」の後は荷が重すぎる！ と正直思いました。
でもそこで、自分を採用してくれた面接官が川口さんだったことを思い出して。
勿論ただの偶然なんですけど... 巡り合わせというか、自分だからこそやれるテーマがきっとあるんじゃないか？ と思えたから、決勝楽曲を”全力で”引き受けることができました。
だから「つなぎて」には「継ぐ」という意味も込めています。そんな想いも、少しでも感じとってもらえたら嬉しいです。
