maimai DX Chinese releases

Initial release.

Confirmed bugs:
- Features a stamp card that unlocks Maxi (DX chart), which has already been unlocked. Completing this card rewards nothing to players.
- Features stamp cards that show "?" as a reward.

Bug hotfix for 1.40 .

Interface is based on maimai でらっくす BUDDiES.
Partner voice has been added.
Following features related to maimai でらっくす FESTiVAL PLUS has been ported:
- In Invitation Play, ADVANCED charts can now be selected.
- On the splash screen before starting a song, BPM, chart designer name, and current record are now displayed.
- It is now possible to store extra travel distance when reaching the Task Track.
- On the last track of a credit, the top light will change to red indicating the last track.
- Track skip options can be set to life values like Perfect Challenge does. DX score(- type) and Judgement Breakdown display option are also supported.
Following features related to maimai でらっくす BUDDiES has been ported:
- TAP note speed and TOUCH note speed can now be adjusted separately, in 0.25x increments.
- 宴会場 and UTAGE charts are here, also with their "Buddy" varients.
- It is now possible to sort songs by BPM.
- Each 2-player play on song will give out SYNC mark regardless of play score.
Following features related to maimaiでらっくすNET has been ported:
- It is now possible to register (up to 30?) favorite songs.
- 2-player ranking is now available.
