CHUNITHM:SUPER STAR: Difference between revisions

* Interface and mechanics based on [[CHUNITHM:STAR PLUS|CHUNITHM STAR PLUS]], but contains songs from later CHUNITHM games as necessary.

* Characters that could be obtained in the Japanese version by playing all 4 difficulties (except WORLD'S END) of a specific song are obtained in a different way in SUPER STAR:

** Irodorimidori characters are obtained in the Maps.

* <s>Character and most Skill descriptions go untranslated.</s>

** Fully translated since the February 4th, 2021 update.

* Instead of Nu 1.1 which is used in the Japanese version, SUPER STAR uses ALLS 2 like recent SEGA arcade games.

* Usage rights (利用権) doesn't exist on the Asian version of CHUNITHM-NET. All features can be used without restrictions.

* Difficulty level ratings and [[Genre]] structure follows CHUNITHM CRYSTAL PLUS.

* [[CHUNITHM:WORLD'S END|WORLD'S END]] and Course Mode are removed.

* AMAZON and newer songs that use the generic backgrounds of their respective versions use the generic background of STAR in SUPER STAR.

* At launch, only 164 songs are available, which means that of all 784 songs available in CRYSTAL PLUS as of November 20th, almost 80% are unavailable.

* All CHUNITHM original songs, including Irodorimidori songs, need to be unlocked at launch.

* Contents of Maps are rearranged. For details, see [[/Maps]].

* Since April 1st, 2021, using "CABINET-TO-CABINET PLAY" for at least one song in a credit would award the player one "+1 SONG TICKET".
