He said that Master charts are for exploring new possibilities, but it gradually caused difficulty inflation, and made the gap between Expert and Master too large. To make up for it and make the game more friendly to medium-level players, Happy made easier in-between charts as the Master charts using his 緑風 犬三郎 alias, and put the harder charts into the Re:Master difficulty instead.
