• ENDYMION originates from KONAMI's DanceDanceRevolution A.
• In Greek mythology, Endymion was variously an Aeolian shepherd, hunter, or king who was said to rule and live at Olympia in Elis.
  • Accordingly, the woman depicted on the jacket art is the Greek moon goddess, Selene, who in mythology fell in love with Endymion and placed him into an eternal slumber in order to preserve his beauty.
  • However, ARM notes in the song comments that the title was inspired by the Dan Simmons novel of the same name.
• ENDYMION is unlockable in CHUNITHM NEW PLUS from launch in both Japan and Asia by clearing it as the final song of the Class Certification course, The Greek Myths CHALLENGE.
  • In the Chinese version, it is unlockable this way in 中二节奏 2024 from launch. The song became publicly open at November 22rd, 2023.

謎感の強いボス曲になったから謎のアーティストで行こう!
というU1先生のアドバイスに従い、変名義にしてみましたが、分かりましたでしょうか?

美しく謎めいた神エンディミオンですが、
ダン・シモンズのSFの大きなスケール感を重ねて描きました。
絶対的強者に相対する緊迫感を、存分に味わって頂きましょう。味わうがいい。

さてこの楽曲、バイオリンとビオラ、ギターが生演奏です。
・・・もう一度書きますが、このバイオリン、人間が演奏しております。
「パガニーニによる超絶技巧練習曲」を研究しまして、バイオリンで表現できるギリギリを攻めまくりました。
さすが悪魔に魂を売ったと言われたパガニーニ、人間の演奏家の心を破壊してくれました。

そんな中、見事に演奏し切ってくれたRabbiTon Stringsの筆氏さん(Vn)、林さん(Vla)、ありがとうございました。
そしてギターのジュクチョー(COOL&CREATE)、いつもありがとう!

Let's go with a mysterious artist for a boss song with a mysterious feeling!
Following U1's advice, I used a strange name, get it?

Although Endymion is an enigmatic myth, the scales are inspired by Dan Simmons' science fiction.
Feel the sense of urgency with an absolute strength. Feel it.

For this song, the violin, viola, and guitar were played live.
... I will write it again, but the violin was actually performed by human beings.
I studied "Grandes études de Paganini" and barely scratched what can be expressed with the violin.
Paganini, who is said to have sold his soul to the devil, destroyed the hearts of human performers.
