• ARAIS can be unlocked in maimai でらっくす Splash from launch in both Japan and Asia, by clearing it as a Perfect Challenge after reaching a total distance of 504 km in the Shuwashuwa Area (しゅわしゅわちほー).
  • Due to a bug, a level 0 Re:MASTER chart can be selected for ARAIS if the timer reached 0 while Re:MASTER is active and ARAIS is chosen. Choosing it plays an empty chart, and since there's no note to lose life on, ARAIS can be unlocked this way. However, this causes the player to be unable to log out from maimaiDX-NET.     • This bug was fixed in Ver.DX1.11, released on September 25th, 2020.
  • In the Chinese version, it is unlockable in 舞萌DX 2021 from September 17th, 2021, simply by reaching a total distance of 5,500 m in the Area (because there is no Perfect Challenge in 舞萌DX 2021).
  • From maimai でらっくす UNiVERSE, ARAIS is available by default.
• Jin Senbonmatsu worked under Konami until 2017. He composed many songs for the GITADORA series. ARAIS is his first maimai original song.
