Internal level, also called chart constant (譜面定数), is a number with one decimal place that is not shown in gameplay. It's the basis of Rating calculation.
In most games, X.7 ~ X.9 corresponds to level X+, and X.0 ~ X.6 corresponds to level X (X>=7).
Exceptions and other information unique to each series are listed below.
maimai
- Before PiNK, maimai did not have X+ levels. X.7~X.9 are also labeled level X.
- In maimai FiNALE, level 13+ charts (PANDORA BOXXX) are all level 13.9, and level 13 charts range from 13.0 to 13.8.
- Only ADVANCED and above have decimal levels. EASY and BASIC are always level X.0.
- The only exception is PANDORA PARADOXXX BASIC, which is level 7.7.
- Since BUDDiES PLUS, level X+ corresponds to X.6~X.9, and level X corresponds to X.0~X.5.
CHUNITHM
- Since CHUNITHM NEW, level X+ corresponds to X.5~X.9, and level X corresponds to X.0~X.4.
