Rio is a girl who calms herself the absolute strongest and hates losing. She has a hard time expressing herself, and her snobbish attitude is the flipside of that. She tends to show off, and when she does get praise, she tends to get carried away easily. She sees Akari as her rival and often tries to compete with her. When she fails, she is known to run away crying in tears.
