• Release date: November 4th, 2021

General Information / Changes

• CHUNITHM NEW is a reboot of the CHUNITHM series, with style based on the original CHUNITHM.
• New cabinets are being released for CHUNITHM NEW with 120hz capabilities. Old cabinets are still usable.
• National Matching is introduced, as a new online matching system.
  • After a song is chosen, the player competes with multiple opponents. Battle Rank is introduced, which changes depending on the results of the player's matching.
  • This must be chosen before the first track.
  • This mode is selectable only from 11:00 to 21:59 (JST).
• An avatar now appears during play. Costumes can be obtained in National Matching.
• The difficulty scale has been modified to be from 1-15.
• All character-specific skills have been removed, and only a standard set of 12 skills appears. "Skill Seeds" will be added according to the skills the player has obtained.
• Data from Course Mode and character ranks will not be carried over.
