Arisu is a strange girl who likes to dress up in costumes. She's also elusive and mysterious, with a dreamy atmosphere to her. Her pet dogs are named "Kurubi" and "Rosu".

It's rumored that Arisu is a high-ranking child who will become the next principal of the school, and that she is doing various things behind the scenes. If she sees a suspicious costume, she will watch over it with warm eyes.
