- もぺもぺ is infamous for its shocking music video, which like the music, initially appears gentle and child-friendly before becoming much more chaotic and horror-like.
- In maimai, the horror part of the video is censored by replacing it with footage of a ferry boat. This is a reference to an incident involving the anime School Days, where a scene similar to a recent publicised murder caused the final episode to be withheld and replaced by stock footage.
