An innocent and precocious eight grader, Chinatsu's full of curiosity and doesn't like sitting still. When she's interested in something, she charges in without thinking about it. That said, she does show off her charm with her natural smile and cheerfulness.
Chinatsu is friendly and loves physical contact. It's said that when she is hugged tightly, it feels like a warm sunshine to her. She also greatly admires Akari Hoshizaki.
