Partner (パートナー) is the character that says the system voice, as well as appear in some places in the UI. Like other Collections, it can be set at the end of a credit, or on maimaiDX-NET. It was added in maimai でらっくす PLUS; maimai でらっくす has Delu-kuma as the system voice and can't be changed.
Most partners need to be unlocked via stamp cards. Since maimai でらっくす PLUS, when you play for the first time, you can choose a stamp card, each corresponding to a partner. For each day you play maimai, you get one stamp. When a card is filled with 10 stamps, the corresponding partner is unlocked, and you can choose another stamp card on the next day. You cannot switch to other stamp cards until the current one is complete.
